🇵🇱 ARMONIA COMPLEX – REGULAMIN BASENU, TARASU I CZĘŚCI WSPÓLNYCH

1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania z basenu, tarasu oraz wszystkich części wspólnych Obiektu Armonia Complex (dalej: „Strefy Wspólne”).
  2. Korzystanie ze Stref Wspólnych oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
  3. Strefy Wspólne przeznaczone są wyłącznie dla Gości Obiektu.

2. Zasady korzystania z basenu

  1. Korzystanie z basenu odbywa się na własną odpowiedzialność.
  2. Basen nie jest nadzorowany przez ratownika.
  3. Dzieci mogą korzystać z basenu wyłącznie pod stałą opieką dorosłych.
  4. Ze względów bezpieczeństwa zabrania się:
    • skakania do basenu,
    • biegania wokół basenu,
    • wnoszenia szkła i ostrych przedmiotów,
    • korzystania z basenu pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających,
    • zachowań mogących stwarzać zagrożenie dla innych osób.
  5. Przed wejściem do basenu zaleca się skorzystanie z prysznica.
  6. Goście zobowiązani są do zachowania porządku oraz podstawowych zasad higieny.

3. Tarasy i przestrzenie zewnętrzne

  1. Tarasy i przestrzenie zewnętrzne są miejscami wypoczynku – prosimy o zachowanie spokoju i poszanowanie innych Gości.
  2. Zabrania się:
    • organizowania głośnych spotkań i imprez,
    • używania sprzętu nagłośnieniowego zakłócającego spokój,
    • grillowania bez zgody właściciela.
  3. Meble ogrodowe należy użytkować zgodnie z przeznaczeniem.
  4. Po zakończeniu korzystania prosimy o pozostawienie przestrzeni w należytym stanie.

4. Bezpieczeństwo

  1. Korzystanie ze Stref Wspólnych wiąże się z naturalnym ryzykiem, w szczególności związanym z:
    • mokrymi nawierzchniami,
    • korzystaniem z basenu,
    • użytkowaniem infrastruktury zewnętrznej.
  2. Goście zobowiązani są do zachowania szczególnej ostrożności.
  3. Obiekt dokłada wszelkich starań, aby zapewnić bezpieczeństwo, jednak nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zdarzenia wynikające z niewłaściwego korzystania ze Stref Wspólnych.
  4. W przypadku zauważenia zagrożenia prosimy o niezwłoczny kontakt z obsługą.

5. Odpowiedzialność

  1. Goście ponoszą odpowiedzialność za szkody powstałe w Strefach Wspólnych z ich winy lub winy osób im towarzyszących.
  2. Koszty napraw lub dodatkowego sprzątania ponoszą wynajmujący.
  3. W przypadku poważnego naruszenia zasad Obiekt może:
    • ograniczyć dostęp do Stref Wspólnych,
    • zakończyć pobyt Gościa.
  4. W takich sytuacjach decyzja podejmowana jest indywidualnie, z uwzględnieniem komfortu i bezpieczeństwa innych Gości.

6. Komfort i współodpowiedzialność

  1. Armonia Complex jest miejscem wypoczynku – prosimy o wzajemny szacunek i odpowiedzialne korzystanie z przestrzeni wspólnych.
  2. Gość ponosi odpowiedzialność za osoby przebywające z nim lub za jego zgodą na terenie Obiektu.

7. Monitoring

  1. Dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa części wspólne są objęte monitoringiem wizyjnym.

🇬🇧 ARMONIA COMPLEX – POOL, TERRACE AND COMMON AREAS REGULATIONS

1. General Provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for the use of the swimming pool, terraces, and all common areas of Armonia Complex (hereinafter referred to as the “Common Areas”).
  2. Use of the Common Areas constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
  3. The Common Areas are intended exclusively for Guests of the Property.

2. Pool Usage Rules

  1. Use of the swimming pool is at the user’s own risk.
  2. The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.
  3. Children may use the pool only under constant adult supervision.
  4. For safety reasons, the following are strictly prohibited:
    • diving or jumping into the pool,
    • running around the pool area,
    • bringing glass or sharp objects,
    • using the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
    • any behavior that may pose a risk to others.
  5. Guests are advised to shower before entering the pool.
  6. Guests are required to maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene standards.

3. Terraces and Outdoor Areas

  1. Terraces and outdoor areas are designated for relaxation – Guests are kindly asked to respect peace and other Guests.
  2. The following are prohibited:
    • organizing loud gatherings or parties,
    • using sound equipment that disturbs others,
    • barbecuing without the owner’s consent.
  3. Outdoor furniture must be used according to its intended purpose.
  4. After use, Guests are requested to leave the area in proper condition.

4. Safety

  1. Use of the Common Areas involves natural risks, particularly related to:
    • wet surfaces,
    • use of the swimming pool,
    • use of outdoor infrastructure.
  2. Guests are required to exercise particular caution.
  3. While the Property makes every effort to ensure safety, it shall not be held liable for incidents resulting from improper use of the Common Areas.
  4. In case of any hazard, Guests are requested to immediately contact the staff.

5. Liability

  1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused in the Common Areas by themselves or persons accompanying them.
  2. The cost of repairs or additional cleaning shall be borne by the Guest.
  3. In the event of serious violations, the Property reserves the right to:
    • restrict access to the Common Areas,
    • terminate the Guest’s stay.
  4. Such decisions are made individually, taking into account the comfort and safety of other Guests.

6. Comfort and Shared Responsibility

  1. Armonia Complex is a place of relaxation – Guests are kindly asked to respect each other and use shared spaces responsibly.
  2. The Guest is responsible for all persons staying with them or present on the Property with their consent.

7. Monitoring

  1. For safety purposes, the Common Areas are subject to video surveillance.
